WINEMAKING

Once the grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, they are transferred in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 30-33°C with frequent racking and a maceration period of 4 to 7 days.

Sensory characteristics

Very nice color, nose of ripe, red berries – The wine is round, elegant and pleasant to taste. A full-bodied, smooth palate, this Anjou red wine attracts as much for its supple and round character as for its subtlety and silky tannins.

Serving temperature

To be served between 13 and 16°C.

Aging potential

Aging potential varies between 5 and 10 years.

Our wines are very lightly or not filtered at all, which means there can be some sediment.
