Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle
The white grape production at the estate is quite small, less than two acres. Vinification takes place in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks and fined with Bentonite. Aging takes place in underground cement tanks for about 10 months. Cellar for 5 to 7 years.
