The grapes for the organic Bordeaux are subjected to a cold maceration which takes 7 days, after which the must is left to ferment for 3 weeks. Eighteen months of oak aging imparts a distinctive vanilla-spice aroma. This Bordeaux is a classic claret blend, with characteristic black currant, plum and cherry flavors. Fruity, medium-bodied, with smooth tannins, it is well balanced. Will cellar for many years.
