50% Muscat Alexandria, 50% Muscat Petit Grain

This Muscat is developed from two grape varieties, the Muscat Alexandria and Muscat Petit Grain,  and the yield is kept low, to about 20 hectoliters per hectare. Muscat is a fortified wine;  fermentation is stopped by the addition of pure alcohol marc (between 5 and 10% in volume) to allow a greater quantity of sugar to 105 grams per liter, containing 15.5 °.  The labeling is done in the year of production, stored in a reducing environment (without oxygen), it can be drunk young, within the year.

The color can vary from pale gold to deeper yellow and the flavor is characterized by aromas of fresh grapes, white flowers, citrus and exotic fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, with foie gras, cheese, and chocolate desserts.
