95% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha
This wine was made by hand-selecting Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes at the time of harvesting. After destalking, the grapes are macerated for thirty days and then lightly pressed. The wine is aged in oak barrels for twelve months and racked every three months.
The wine is a beautiful ruby red, soft and velvety in the mouth, with good tannic structure. The long sensuous finish is very pleasant. It is an ideal choice for all types of meat, especially red meat, game, free-range poultry, rice and pasta dishes. Cellar up to eight years.
