This wine is a blend of grapes grown in the Rinalda and Collina vineyards where the exposure and the soil allow for a medium-bodied wine suited for aging.
The vinification process allows for an alcoholic fermentation, followed by maceration, that may be extended, depending on the vintage. The wine is refined in steel tanks and big oak barrels for at least six months. Bottling takes place during the first summer following the vintage and the final product is available for drinking in the fall season.
