Appellation: Champagne (Vandières-Marne)
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Aged for three years in large oak barrels. this Champagne has a rich, full aroma, creamy texture. and mature fruit flavors made more complex by hints of yeast and nuts. This dry, full-bodied style of Champagne is an excellent wine for hearty appetizers or a full dinner.
The wine is not filtered, just racked and is cold stabilized. They add very little sulfur- usually less than 30-40 ppm.
