The Château de Plaisance, in the heart of the Loire Valley, is run by the husband and wife team, Guy & Patricia Rochais. Going back more than 5 generations as winemakers, the family has combined their wine making art with their passion and commitment for the most natural wines possible. Certified organic since 1990 and biodynamic since 2009, the winery produces wine with no artificial colors, no oak shavings, no acid, no sugar and using only indigenous yeast.

To guarantee a natural wine, doses of SO2 are the lowest possible. Even in small quantity, it enables the Château de Plaisance wines to be preserved and keep their full pleasant flavors.
