100% Chardonnay (from the Rawson and Sarmiento farms)
As with all of the winery’s white wines, 33% of the wine was treated with French oak for 40 days and 20% underwent maloactic fermentation. A minimum of sulfites are added, under 70 ppm. The wine is fined with Bentonite and therefore, Vegan. This is a fresh, crisp Chardonnay, with tropical fruit aromas and just a trace of oak.
