100% Torrontes
Torrrontes is Argentina’s most popular white varietal and the best of them are grown in the San Juan province, where yields are low.
As with all of the winery’s white wines, 33% of the wine was treated with Frech oak for 40 days and 20% underwent maloactic fermentation. A minimum of sulfite is added, under 70 ppm. The wine is fined with Bentonite and therefore, Vegan. Torrontes is fresh, light and floral, yet balanced with hints of herbs and spices.
