This white wine is produced from organic grapes grown in the alluvial plains of the Abruzzo region in Italy, which abuts the Marche region where the Sangiovese are grown. It is somewhat similar to Pinot Grigio but lighter and more versatile. It is a deliciously dry and fruity wine with flavors of almond, exotic fruits, melon and banana. It is ideal with soups, salads, and light fish dishes; best when served well-chilled.
