WINE TASTING

Sensory characteristics

This Anjou dry white wine is known as much for its freshness as for its surprising aromatic subtlety. It is marked by scents of apple and citrus fruits, linden or cinnamon depending on its maturity.

Serving temperature

To be served between 11° and 13°.

Aging potential

To be tasted when young within the first 3 years.

Our wines are very lightly or not filtered at all, which means there can be some sediment.
