Montmains is a Premier Cru vineyard in Chablis that spreads out along a hillside exposed to the south of the town of Chablis. It is known for producing elegant wines with good minerality and ageing potential. The wine spends 18 months in stainless steel vats, no oak, to retain the character of the fruit and reflect the terroir of the Premier Cru Montmains. Limited sulfites and light filtering.
