100% Chardonnay
These grapes are from the Collina and Montalbava vineyards and are harvested in the cooler hours of the day. Then, slow fermentation and controlled temperatures account for a wine with intense fruity scents, combined with a good structure. This wine is crisp, clean and minerally with no oak aging.
