This Reserve is made with the best grapes from the Vigna La
Casina region of the vineyards. It is vinifed with maceration in concrete barrels for up to 30 days and then aged in barriques and 500 liter tonneaux for 12-18 months. After blending, the wine as left to age an additional 12 months before bottling.
With aromas of spices- laurel and cinnamon- and a hint of balsamic wood, this is a perfect wine for red meat, game, and ripe cheeses.
