AOC: Bordeaux
50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Grapes are de-stemmed, fermented in vats and held there for up to two weeks to ehance flavors and complexity. Then the wine is aged for several months and bottled in the winter following the vintage. Cellar for 5-10 years.
